Social engagement is a fundamental principle of FOUNDER , encompassing a positive work environment, respect for human rights, and support for community activities. Internally, FOUNDER promotes a healthy and inclusive work environment, prioritizing employee well-being, career development, and work-life balance. Respect for human rights is FOUNDER paramount principle; we are committed to upholding fair labor policies, employee diversity and equal opportunities, and providing employees with a safe, healthy, and friendly work environment. We also actively participate in community activities, investing in community development and supporting education and talent development programs, and are dedicated to caring for the vulnerable, engaging in philanthropic endeavors, and fulfilling our corporate social responsibility. FOUNDER prioritizes these principles, hoping to have a positive impact on its employees, society, and the world. The following are our commitments to corporate social responsibility:

We have established the Lin Shih-Fang Social Welfare and Charity Foundation to provide scholarships, emergency assistance, and participation in other charitable activities for students in need. We firmly believe in the power of education and are committed to supporting vulnerable groups in society and helping them pursue a better future.

Our care for Thai workers has earned us a certificate of appreciation from the government, which is an affirmation and encouragement of our social responsibility. We will continue to dedicate ourselves to protecting workers' rights, providing a friendly working environment, and ensuring the safety and dignity of all our employees.

We have been awarded the highest level of the Happy Company Award – 5-star. The evaluation criteria for this award include employee training and wages, additional benefits, company-friendly policies, and corporate social responsibility. This award is a recognition of our commitment to the well-being of our employees and society.

In terms of corporate governance, FOUNDER treats customers, upstream suppliers, and stakeholders with integrity and responsibility. We prioritize ethical standards, board diversity, and stakeholder participation in our corporate governance. Ethics guide all operations, promote transparency, and ensure accountability in decision-making. For example, we comply with all anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws and prohibit business transactions involving any form of corruption, bribery, gifts, hospitality, or other improper benefits. A diverse board of directors composed of individuals from diverse backgrounds fosters inclusion and innovation. Stakeholder participation ensures that the opinions of employees, customers, the community, and investors are considered, helping the company act in accordance with their expectations and needs. These policies strengthen trust and accountability, aligning with the interests of diverse stakeholders.
